Before we accept your identity we must have some kind of proof it is really you we are communicating with. This is hard to do using internet without a payment or visa check. The best way to identify you're really the one you're saying you are, is sending us a form which you complete and sign using regular mail. A few of you have done this so far, which we really appreciate ! But we think to make it a bit easier. Thats why we have setup a mail form on-line where you can fill in the needed data.You can sign-up using our radio.gothville.com advertisers panel. You must register with a valid mobile number. Only when you're registered with a valid mobile number you can request to become one of the tree profiles like we describe below.

Once you're registered you will find a request form to upgrade to one of our tree profiles. When we have received your request we will create upgrade your account which you can use to send us music, news or whatever you need to tell us in name of your band or the bands you're representing at GothVille. Please check all the profiles you think you'll need access to!

You can choose between following profiles using our request form in the radio panel, we explain them here:

• Artist / Band

When you choose this option we allow you to post news about your band. You'll have access to all the songs of this band and can decide if the song can be broadcasted on our station. You can upload songs if you enter all needed data and you can edit these songs.You will have access to the advertising panel where you can place free and non-free advertising.

• Label

When you're contacting us in name of a label, you'll have all the features like an artist/band, but you can do this for several bands. Whenever you want to add a band to your label it will be verified by our team and only after this validation you will be able to change, upload, disable tracks from this band, and only for these albums you have produced. On each track or album where the label field is defined our radio panel will put a link to your given home-page.

• Manager

You can compare your features with those of a label. Only you won't be able to change label information on the tracks or albums. As an extra you will be informed if people are interested in booking the bands you're representing at GothVille. Whenever a track is playing, at the radio panel will be a link to book the artist. If you're connected to this band, this request will be send to your e-mail address without informing the requester your address. There can be more then one registered manager for a band, in this case all managers will receive this request and you will have to decide who will be responsible for these kind of requests. Please note only registered people can send a booking request, and only those who have entered a working e-mail address and with the country field selected.
