Why is my request not being played within 30minutes? PDF Print E-mail

When you are browsing our music database and have selected a track to be played, our system will check if it is allowed to play within 20 minutes. This is to avoid you choose a track of a band or album which have recently being played. When it is not allowed you will get a warning, and you can't select the specific track. When our system states you are allowed to select the track it will be played within a time frame of 20 minutes.

When you have requested more then 10 tracks within a time frame of 24hrs you will have to wait upon the next timeframe of 24hrs since you have requested the first track. Also be aware of a delay time for requesting a next track after your previous request. This is limmited to 20 minutes, meaning you can select an other track after a delay of 20 minutes.

When our system doesn't play your request, even if there wheren't any errors indicated, it could mean that the track request is manually deleted, or the track is corrupt (seldom, but it might happen).
